Succesful event with Lipofoods Partners during Vitafoods

One of the main drivers of Lipofoods current strategy is based on the engagement and interaction with our partners spread all over the world. At the end of the day, our partners are our contact to customers and their success contributes to our success. For this reason, during Vitafoods tradeshow, a well-recognized global nutraceutical event and also a strategic meeting point, we held an event on may 11 th  at Starling Hotel located right next to Palexpo, with the aim to present our partners a business overview, new information about our upgraded version of NEWCAFF™ microcapsules for a sustained caffeine release with a clean non-bitter taste as well as some new marketing tools to support them better. After a warm welcoming speech performed by our manager Jean Claude Deneuville (Global Business Director Pharma Solutions of Lubrizol Life Sciences), in the business overview presentation, market share per region as well as expansion and penetration strategy especially in LATAM and APAC were shared. Key projects and pipeline were also highlighted and our new R&D manager ( Elizabeth Escudero , PhD in Food Science and Technology ) was officially introduced. Our expansion in manufacturing capabilities especially for LIPOFER ®   was also further explained. In the second part of the presentations, an upgraded version of our microencapsulated caffeine  NEWCAFF™ microcapsules was presented and also the positioning and differentation with the current version was explained.  In the last presentation related to the marketing tools, 4 main concepts were explained: 1.Market Intelligence ( Mintel GNPD new food & drink products database adquisition), 2.Online targeted campaigns, 3.New website intranet and 4.New final product applications containing our ingredients. The purposes of these marketing initiatives are to provide our partners with more market visibility as well as generate qualified sales leads and generate new marketing demo samples to have customers experience "Lipofoods microencapsulation benefits " via live demonstrations. An intranet within our website is also being worked on, for our partners to easily access products technical information. All of these will be further explained in the months to come. The event turned out to be quite a success with more than 20 partners attending, actively interacting and engaging into interesting conversations about new business opportunities.  We really appreciated having our attending partners helping us to make out of this event a lovely and fruitful evening and also for those that couldn´t make it, we know they are doing a great job constantly looking for new opportunities to introduce our products in the functional foods and dietary supplements markets, we couldn´t do it without you, so thanks a lot.
